LYSAGHT SMARTBUILD^® is a revolutionary new buildings system, designed by BlueScope Buildings engineers to exacting standard, and supplied as a complete building system. All frames are manufactured from high tensile, galvanized Zinc Hi-ten steel. Each buildings is designed and engineered to meet your individual requirements. LYSAGHT SMARTBUILD^® is suitable for medium and small buildings with span less than 30m.

• Lightweight & cost saving
  
  All frames are manufactured from high tensile (4500kg/cm2), galvanized ZINC HI-TEN^® steel bring a lightweight & high corrosion resistance to the structure.
  
  The lightweight  steel structure requires a smaller foundations and easy to install. High corrosion resistance saves the cost of surface cleaning & painting.
  
• Aesthetic color
  
  The silver color of galvanized steel bring an attractive & bright finish to project. LYSAGHT SMARTBUILD^® is especially suitable for projects that have strictly requirement on hygiene & aestheticism. The buildings can be brightened up by selecting from our range of Clean Colorbond^®  for roofing & walling.
  
• High quality material
  
  Columns, purlins and girts are roll-formed from BlueScope Steel high tensile galvanized steel complying with AS1397-2001 steel sheet and strip-hot-dipped zinc-coated G450. Z275 (450 Mpa minumum yield stress, 275g/m2 minimum coating mass)
  
  Roofing and walling are made from Zincalume^® /Clean Colorbond^® steel that have superior corrosion resistance and excellent resistance to tropical discoloration and staining.

  All components of  LYSAGHT SMARTBUILD^® are supplied pre-punched, making installation a breeze and avoiding site welding, saving the installation cost and time.

• Design standard
  
  The primary load and combination shall be designed according to AS/NZS 1170  2002 & TCVN 2737-1995
  
  All structural steel section and connection plate member shall be designed according to AS/NZS 4600 -1996
  
• Wide span and flexible design
  
  Buildings can be supplied with a clear span of up to 30 metres and larger buildings can be supplied with internal columns included. The system is so flexible that it is easy to provide overhangs, canopies, roof monitors, ventilator, translucent sheet, insulation, louvres, roller, sliding or personnel doors; and windows.
