LYSAGHT^®  Purlins & Girts ZINC HI-TEN^® C&Z are roll-formed from hot-dipped Zinc-coated high strength steel strip. The steel strip conforms to AS 1397 G450 Z275 (450 Mpa minimum yield strength, 275g/m2 coating mass). LYSAGHT^® ZINC HI-TEN^® Z section allow lapping, increase the strength capacity and rigidity of the system. LYSAGHT^® ZINC HI-TEN^® C&Z are cut and pre-punched at the factory help to reduce installation times, and ensure accurate dimensions and labor cost saving.

Wide spanning ability

LYSAGHT^® ZINC HI-TEN^® C&Z are made from Zinc – coated high strength 450Mpa permits wide spanning ability and ensuring acceptable deflection.

Cut & holes punched LYSAGHT^® Purlins & Girts ZINC HI-TEN^® C&Z can be lowered easily and exactly into place. High tensile galvanized steel brings light weight roof and ensuring high load capacity which helps save cost of the building’s foundation.

Professional packing and delivering

LYSAGHT^® ZINC HI-TEN^® C&Z sections are delivered in trapped bundles. The actual quantity in each bundle will vary with section size, order and length. The bundle mass is generally approximately one tone. Accessories are delivered in strapped or wired bundles, bag, or packages as appropriate.

BlueScope offer corrosion warranty based on design, place and application of section.
