  Launching of Bluescope Steel Vietnam Design Award 2009  
 

Mr. Simon Smart – Country President of BlueScope Steel VN in Award Ceremony of BlueScope Steel Design Award 2008

In collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Hanoi University of Architecture & Hochiminh Architect Association, Bluescope Steel Vietnam (BSV) announces the “Bluescope Steel Vietnam Design Award” 2009 which will take place from March 21st 2009 to May 9th 2009. Target participants are young architectures and architectural students in the nation.

This architectural competition aims to encourage creative ideas for the “Metro station” which will be built in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in the coming years. Students can send one or several different proposals to bsvdesignaward@bluescopesteel.com before May 9th 2009.

The Announcement and Award Ceremony is expected to be held on May 23rd 2009 at 14:00 at Ho Chi Minh City Youth Culture House (Nha Van Hoa Thanh Nien Tp. HCM), 4 Pham Ngoc Thach, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. There will be two prize categories for architectures and students; the highest prize goes up to 15,000,000VND.

“Bluescope Steel Vietnam Design Award” has been a successful annual activity of BSV since 2007.
